Hi Carol..a quick questions?..I'm running your validation mod..all is working fine...but I noticed that if a recorded is submitted it is viewable prior to validation with a key word search..as the keyword searches all fields....is there a quick way of fixing it so the record is only viewable prior to validation with a key word search???? thanks Rob

I don't think there's any way around it, at least as the mod is currently written. The only thing I could do would be to completely write the mod and have the non-validated records in a separate database.

I'll put that on my list.

Thanks Carol for the speedy reply..please don't put this on your list..I'm sure it's long enough as it is...I was thinking of some little added code in the query script to check the validation field for a "yes" per line, but I guess it's not quite that simple...thanks anyway...it really not that big a concern... Rob

The problem is that the keyword search relies on having ma being set.

I went ahead and put it on my list. The mod should probably be redone anyway.
