Using the supplied HTML_RECORD_FORM code , I want upload information -- such as the checkbox for photo and the browse fields -- to show only on new record adds and if there's an add failure.

The new record add works fine, and when I have an add failure, the photo and browse fields show up but they're blank, unlike all the other fields that are filled in the way they were on the screen originally, including all the checkboxes.

Why aren't these 2 upload fields passed as part of %in and how do I get them to be?
