Will the upload mod work with the preview mod? Asking because I installed it for a person, and the person said the files would only attach if a record is created, modified and then someone attaches a file. She has it on a private type of server where I can't see it and seeing it helps me fix errors, so I can't really see an error in the code, I checked twice.

You might want to check the FAQ noted below under the section "Images".

There have been problems with the Preview mod working with the multiple image upload mod, and suggested by JPDeni (creator of mods) to not use the two together.

There are however a few referenced thread with possible fixes or adjustments to make it work.
