Ok, after all the changing and cloning I've been doing, I'm now down to one problem! at least this one is keeping me from going further!

When I click on my add link -- it comes up with "Error: Unable to Add Record" and lists all the required fields. But it didn't open the add_form, went straight to the add_failure??????????
