I have a database that has two different groups, ie. Professional and Associates. I am searching the database from an HTML form and I want to have one form that requires any search to return only those members that are "Professional" when searching by their "Name" or other criteria and another form that returns on those members that are "Associates" when searching by their "Name" or other criteria.

The client will not be searching for two different fields, just one variable and the other is fixed, "Professional".

Also, how can I have a Check Box checked as default on an html form?
