Is anyone using dbman and integrating it with a shopping cart, more specifically, agora.cgi?

I have a shopping cart integrated, but it's not the one you mentioned.

If you check the FAQ noted below under the section "Files / Records" there is a thread reference called: I have a shopping cart that I want to tie into Dbman

I'm not sure this would provide a solution for you, but it may give you ideas to work with.

It can't be that bad.

The message deleted was just to search the forum for "Shopping Carts".

But it's the attitude in also saying this has been discussed many times that is not necessary to state.

Just trying to eliminate posts which do not contain useful friendly advice.

I have searched the forum and checked out the FAQ site and even though there is some information available, there is none that really helps me out in my situation.

So I'll keep reading, as I always do, I'll keep searching as I always do and I'll keep asking as I always do and hopefully when I ask, I'll get a reply that is somewhat helpful such as your advice Lois.

Hi Eliot and thank you.

I have been looking at this MOD and find that it may be useful. I use Agora.cgi and the shopping cart alone is very very powerful. However as you can imagine, I hate having two or three scripts to install for each client.

I appreciate the response. Seems for now I may just use the hidden field variables for agora within dbman and see how badly I can screw up:)
