Yes, very easily too, I believe. The only problem I see is that I don't have any experience with the Short/Long MOD. But here's how I would think it could be done:
All you would need to do is when you are at the add form, have a radio or checkmark saying "Yes" or "No". If yes is checked, then go through the preview mod. Else if, no is checked, then skip the preview mod and go straight to adding the record.
The coding of this MOD, however, I do not know how to do. Ask one of the better guys - I'm still learning.
