I´d like my visitors to be able to rate my database entries on a 1 to x scale. Then display the average and total ammound of votes. And prevent visitors from voting twice (with cookies or IP since my DB is public for anyone).

JPDeni! You posted some months ago that you were working on something like this for your own database.. atleast a rate script, what happend?
