I'm sorry to repost, but I thought perhaps my original question was a bit confusing. All I'm trying to do, is to create a routine where a user/admin could modify a single field in every record returned by a search... all at once.

In other words, a user would do a search, export the results to an Excel file using the excel mod, and finally execute a "Mark All as Processed" routine. That routine would operate on all records in the search, and would change a field called "Processed"... from it's default value of "No" to "Yes".

This is sort of a crucial component to implementing DBMan here at my company. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks again.
