I am impressed with the various DBMan databases I have seen, and am trying to determine whether it is useful for a purpose I have in mind.
At my site I have a rapidly increasing number of news article excerpts. These are linked to and from entries in an A-Z index (see http://www.apologeticsindex.org/apologetics.html and http://www.apologeticsindex.org/apolnews.html).
I wonder whether I could enter the news articles in a DBMan database. They vary in length, anywhere from a few lines to, say, 700 words. If possible, I'd like to create HTML links to these articles similar to the way I have seen them used at this site:
http://www.coco.cc.az.us/cgi-bin/directory/index.cgi?db=default&uid=default&browse_area=1
(Otherwise I end up endlessly adding links by hand, such as here: http://www.apologeticsindex.org/s04.html#newsarch)
Thanks,
Anton Hein
