The multiple select MOD stuff works great. The reason why my modify/delete records functions weren't working was a simple fluke in my html.
That multiple search snippet works... sort of. Searches now work within the multiple select fields, but alas, no longer with any of the others. I think it's the same problem Eliot has been having. It's a minor problem, though, so I'm not too worried. Plus, users use list all more than the actual search page so for now, im bypassing the search entirely. I just wrote to say thanks for all your help!
