Adjusting a database

Adjusting a database
When you add new fields to an existing database is there any easy way to adjust the data?
Currently when I add (or remove a field) I edit the database by hand....which is not easy and can lead to mistakes.

Thanks in advance

When you add fields to your database, you can use the Add Fields to Existing Database Mod in the Resource Center that adds delimiters and default values to your existing database.

To remove fields, you will have to use something like EditPlus to adjust your database (www.editplus.com).
