I would like to keep track of each user's name, e-mail address, and address so these can be included on each record they add to the database. Can this be done easily with DBMan? Is it easier to add these fields to the password file or to create a separate database linked by the userid?

I think it's easier to add them to a separate database. But coordinating databases is tricky.
