Hello,

I want to allow admins or users to create their own DB by adding fields through the web browser, by some control panel?

Is this possible? Has it already been done?

Not this particular application...but there is a web-based management application that has been developed and posted in the Resource Center....

All you would have to do is integrate permissions into accessing the admin console.
