Hi,

I need to know how I can make it so unique users (hidden username form field possibly?)can add to the database via a web site form set-up specifically for each user without logging in, yet each record would display their unique username so as to distinquish which record was added by what user. I do not want them to be able to view-edit-delete-modify just add. Also...to email the admin when a record was added, and also specify which user it was that added to the database.
