Hello:

I need to build a voting ballot. I want to use DBMAN. Alos, I plan to design my own form.

After a people votes, then I want to tally up the vote in a week or two.

Thus, I want them to be able to log in, add a record, after which they should not be able to change their record. I would perfer if they were not able to log in anymore, only read the tally.

Can someone help me with some ideas.

I've never used DBMAN before but I am pretty good with Perl.
