I am a Links SQL User. You have got a great product and service in this company.
One of the greatest features Links SQL offers is the ODP parser script, but through a look in the forms about 95% of the users have a problem using it due to server restrictions.

What I suggest that you offer the ODP database in the license (through the license area) in a splited filed according to the top categories (you will offer 17 files).
in this way you will save the user time, space, and make the data usable to us.
I believe that such an add on to your members services will help and mean a lot.

And I am asking everyone in those forms to let the great guys at Gossamer Threads know what they think about this matter.

We have been having so many headaches with ODP it's awful. The format has changed twice and broken our parser. We are working on fixing it, however it is slow going..

I have seen that and i think my suggestion will save you the headache.
You will have a current version of the databse on your server splited into several files.
in this way you know what you are offering and you will not have to go through the headache of keeping up with ODP, but once evrytime you want to Upgrade the files those you keep on your server.

Does it make sense?

I would love this. I just want a way to get hold of the Arts top level category and this would be perfect. Please oh please do this :)
