I would love to see, or if you have an idea or suggestion, to implement a knowledgebase with maybee an FAQ option.

There are a lot of scripts out that do FAQ. But would like to be able to have a knowledgebase where an item would have an article number. This way, I can allow a user to either search by article number, keywords, or content.

Something along the lines of MS. (Tho would be better since it wouldn't be developed by MS. lol).

Ideas?
