I request quotes for 2 jobs:

1) (urgent) installing Links SQL with two new fields for posting articles (lead and body), in detailed mode. I have tried, but I am not able to validate or modify links (error message: links have changed since you last accessed it).

2) Bigger job, but not too complicated. Making a new publishing system (prefer a modification of Links SQL) for a Norwegian daily newspaper (www.klassekampen.no) + maybe hosting. It does not have to include graphical design/templates.

* A front page with headlines and leads, and headlines for different news categories.

* Ability to post news to different news categories, with latest story on top.

* Ability to subsribe to different news categories.

* Ability to specify the time when the news story should be published (like midnight).

* Disscussion forum.

* Ability to activate posting of comments to news articles, and reply to other comments.

* Picture archive and/or possibilty to post pictures with articles.

* PDA friendly web pages (not a priority).

* Polls (not a priority).
