Good morning! I'm looking for someone to customize my "Links" site_html_templates.pl. I've attempted to do this myself with some success but am now thoroughly confused

I was able to create a table - but some text still showing above and below the table I attempted to enclose it in. I don't think this would take much additional work for an experienced programmer (proper term?).

I'd also like a header tag and my logo inserted (if possible) without adversely effecting the script. Also, the "Add A Link" etc included in the table. I'm sorry, I'm horrible at explaining, but if you'd take a quick glimpse @ my site, I'm sure you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
