I am currently doing a roster database, but as i know nothing on programming or scripting, i am lost.

I would like to get help from you and see if you can help me. I have just downloaded the EQRDB 3.1 program but i don't know how to use it. Is it possible if someone can tell me how i can input to my website/html? And how do i create my member's data in it?

Please help me as i am kind of lost.
