Basic features needed for a rental property listing.
1. Property listing information ie. location, costs, property details, contact info, date listed, etc.
2. Upoload of pictures
3. Primary search by category, ie house, condo, apt, rooms
4. Secondary search to include by price ie 400, 500 600/month etc.

Listings to be approved first by the administrator.

Search results to display links style listings page bullet style or numbering, showing price and property address. The visitor will be able to click on any link on the search results page that will lead them to the formated html page of that specific link, showing all property info and picture (if one provided or default picture unavailable).

I will manage the search and results pages within a html frame page.

I hope this will help in the conceptual framework, no doubt more features or defaults will be needed as this project gets underway. This listing is for a local project, therefore small db.
