We've finally gotten a chance to give the resources area a good overhaul. We've cleaned out a lot of the dead links, and removed a lot of the auto-submitted sites.

We've also switched to requiring a username/password in order to add/modify resources. This will make keeping things upto date much, much easier.

Finally, we have now added categories for Gossamer Mail and DBMan SQL, so if you have any resources that you'd like to start off the category, please go ahead!
