testing emails offline ?

testing emails offline ?
I've installed an apache webserver and ActiveStates Perl on my PC and I'm now testing links offline. Saves me about 24h/day Wink

However there are a lot of emails going around i.e. to user, admin etc. and I would like to test these and their outputs as well.

Is any way to have those emails send locally on my computer??? Or how do you guys test emails offline?

Use test dummy email accounts. If your server allows aliases...simply use email aliases. And also install a mail client for 32-bit systems like Blat Mail or WinMail. These can be downloaded from cgi-resources.com or the Web (via searching CNET).
