I recently get a reply from activestate. it could be a good news for us all.
i wonder if any one has any comment on perlex.
i googled it and found some people claim it has problem while doing stress test.

Is it truth?

PerlEx was once a commercial product, but has now been folded into the free
ActivePerl language distribution at:

http://www.activestate.com/...cts/ActivePerl/?tn=1

If you install ActivePerl 5.10 and set your server up to use the PerlEx that
comes with that, you will not have a delay or require a server license.

The only time you will need a paid "license" is if you are planning to
redistribute the software or if you require an Enterprise Level Support
package.
