A more general perl and server question


I have a cgi that whatever be owned or chmod refused to return results other that via command line (I want it trough web)
I suspect cgiwrap & want to test that

How & where can I disable cgiwrap *only* for the
script :
/home/sites/www.mysite.com/web/myscript.cgi

help please ??????

(please detailed instructions)

Also, what are the consequences (risks?) of such a change ?
