how can we convert EBCDIC to Latin1 in perl programs..?
As part of the internationalization project, we have a requirement to accept Latin1 characters. Do you know what it would take to change the parser(perl program) to go convert the encoding from (EBCDIC to ASCII) to (EBCDIC to Latin1)?
