Weeks per month..

Weeks per month..
I've just struck a problem. I'm trying to show a catalog of 4 columns for each month, then I'm changing the color of each cell to a different color, to show available/unavailable. The problem I have just been alerted to, is that each year the number of months changes for each month Unsure

Anyone know of a good work around for this?

AFAIK there are 4 weeks every month Wink

MMm..I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to get around this. Simply entering 4 weeks for each month isn't going to work, as that only comes up to 48 weeks, out of 52/year.

mmmm Crazy May have to rethink my strategy here...

I'm confused. The number of weeks each month doesn't change on a yearly basis does it?

30 days - September, April, June and November
All the rest have 31 (except Feb - 28).

The only time I can see it changing slightly is in a leap year.

Maybe I just have no idea how dates work :)

Basically, im writing a program that will display the vacancy of someone in a specific week. At the moment I have somethingk like;

Jan- week 1,2,3,4
Feb, week 1,2,3,4
etc

But, as I said earlier, this doesn't really work, as between the months it makes up another 4 weeks :-/ I think what I may have to do is go by date....i.e 1st to 7th, 8th to 15th etc.
