What do think if we do Installation process very simple like installing any windows applications and it will online based from our server, other words they have to run
Installation process from our system. How the users will react on that?
And we are planning to make UPDATE/UPGRADE the same way.

You can supply the update wizard only. Because how on a new computer /corrupted system you can run installation wizard. Its blank, and not connected to internet, so they cannot even reach your site, installation is a far away thing.
