As i've been reading out there, builds with mod_perl as DSO makes #perl directive disabled.
Then i have two questions:

- Is there any binary version (win32) not compiled as DSO?
- Is there any alternative to "exec/include" a perl handler without the #perl directive? (include .pl script "handled" by modperl::registry is not a good alternative)
