Links 2.0 uses flock to lock files while writing to them but my ISP doesnt support flock on their Unix Apache server.
However they say that fcntl is supported. Does anyone know what perl code would replace the flock commands in order to use fcntl.
I`m afraid my perl is not that advanced yet.
