I want to be able to use to 2 post methods from 1 form as in:

enter search term
select: this site / the web
this site goes to search.cgi
the web goes to http://xxx.com

Can this be done in HTML or is there a cgi script that can handle this?

This can be done in Perl and there is a Mod for this (that you can use with LINKS) located at the following URL (which is also linked in the Resource Center):

Yep, saw that, also found a very flexible script at http://www.anaconda.net that does this and more.
