Terrible news?
May be it's not that bad news ...

Just few minutes ago I received a reply from VirtualAve.net online support, which was signed as:

As I understand go2net bought VirtualAve.net now, same as HyperMart.net a while ago.

Does anybody has any information about this? Please reply.
This issue might affect my web hosting future.

Thank you.

Have you tried using whois or another domain lookup service to identify the owner of VirtualAve.net?

Try one, like the following:

faq.web2010.com/services/whois.html

When I used this one, I got the following results for virtualave.net:

Code:
USA Online, Inc. (VIRTUALAVE2-DOM
VIRTUALAVE.NET
virtualave.net (VN53-ORG) nsadmin@VIRTUALAVE.NET (908) 904-1564

Also, you might want to consider searching internet.com via their search site for news related to go2net:

http://search.internet.com/

I conducted a quick search using their Power Search and I received 111 results.

Just some suggestions.
