Pull Out Valid Email

Pull Out Valid Email
If there a way to pull JUST the email address out of the from: of an email message?

For example, when a message is received, it can come in MANY different forms . .

Some One <something@somethign.com>

SomeOne somethign@somethign.com

"Some One" something@something.com

"Some One" <something@something.com>

"" <something@something.com>

Well, you get the point. Anyhow, there are MANY variations. Is it possible to pull JUST the email address from this? Thanks in advance for the help.
