My site was hacked and all data, cgi scripts (Links 1.1, a recommend script and altavista.cgi) and has been stolen. The hacker stole all my files and moved them to his own site with nothing change (with some links added). The page layout, data and all the things are the same as mine.
I dont know if he hack to my FTP account or use anyother method to stole my files, but the fact is that all things are from my site.

What should i do? I really need help.
