I would like to know if anyone has any programs/scipts recommendations to manage a 2500-3000 member "announcement only" mailing list.

My requirements are kind of simple.

- I would like to capture other data, in addition to Name and email address. (City, State, Zip, etc...,)
- the ability for the user to subscribe/unsubscribe themselves.
