I Need a banner exchange program much like LinkExchange.
It has to run on NT 4.0 (running IIS 4.0) and handle 200,000 banners per day, and must not use cookies.
I am willing to pay $500-$1000 for a NT verssion of http://www.MeySoft.com version of Banner Manager™ - 2.51
They only have a UNIX verssion and do not plan on doing a NT version.

If any competent programer is willing to convert this one into an NT version for me please let me know.

I need this script as soon as possible (within the next 2 months)
