Hi. I'm new to cgi so I have a few questions to ask. I downloaded the links programe. But I have one problem. How do you set permissions to directies and files? I'm using WS_FTP32. How do I do this

Highlight the file or directory.

Then right mouse click, and choose chmod.

You will be presented with a box that contains 3 columns of 3 checkboxes each.

You need to choose the appropriate box for the permissions.

777 is all nine boxes checked off.
755 is all 3 in the first column, and the top & bottom one of the other two columns,
644 is the top 2 of the first column, and the top 1 of the other 2 columns
666 is the top two of all 3 columns
