Does someone know about any diary-scripts around? Something similar to a what's new-script, where only the admin can add a page, but everyone can read.

A solution might be to make a guestbook where you need to have a password to be able to sign, and where each entry has it's own page. If you have a front page which shows all entries, and then the user will be able to go to the day he wants to read..

The problem is that I don't know how to make this..

Depending on your programming experience, you may want to try using DBMAN. There have been a few people who are using it for similar purposes as you.
