I am trying to make a script which i can call such as: link.cgi?http://www.microsoft.com and it will give out a frames page with a little link on the top frame dsaying go back... and when the guy click the go back it goes to the page that he clicked the link.cgi link...to complicated my dexcription?

anyways, i am on IIS4 and the $ENV{'HTTP_REFERER'} is not returning naything... any ideas??
