CGI Credit Card Data Encryption
Hi,

Is there a way to use a CGI script in conjunction with some other client side browser language (Java maybe??) that will enable me to encrypt sensitive data (e.g. credit card numbers) and then send it off to the CGI script for decryption once the encrypted data reaches the server. Is there some code or info about this that will help me? I couldn't use SSL since the server that the website is on doesn't have it installed, plus the cost of getting a security certificate is too much since the site doesn't generate that much income at all.

Thanks for any help!

You should get an account at hypermart. All there accounts come with access to a secure server, just use that account to transfer your credit card info
