I have Apache 1.3.27 installed on Windows XP, using local virtualhost.
I also have Links SQL v2.1.1 installed.

When I try to use nph-import.cgi, nph-index.cgi, or nph-build.cgi?do=repair , the nph scripts always end with a browser download window in Netscape/Mozilla, and "The page cannot be displayed" error in IE.

What can be the problem?
