Has anyone any experience of setting up a mailing list using cpanel/WHM/mailman?

I have set up a mailing list and it all went fine but emails sent to the list are rejected as account not known.

I think this may have something to do with the DNS settings but don't know the answer. Can anyone help?

cPanel issues are efficiently dealt with on cPanel forums ( http://forums.cpanel.net ). There are certain unresolved issues with mailman+cpanel combine.
