It looks very much like liveperson 2.0 but with more features and at a one off payment of $75.00 it can't be bad. No advertising .. no branding.
It does sound to good to be true thou. I am trying out the 5 day demo they have and it seems very impressive.
Its quite scarey, I can talk to my visitors on my site without any hassle. Its like sending an email message but it prints out on your webpage whether or not the visitor is expecting it or not.
You can piggy back your visitor too and follow them around your site whilst talking to them.
I think this has a future, as it would be a good customer service feature.
