Does anyone know of any PHP solutions to convert text to speech? Usage is in the context of providing an alternative for visually impaired persons so that they can recognize a image-based text string (random alphanumerical security code that must be entered in order for a PHP-based form submission to be accepted - to defeat automatic submissions).
