Does anyone know where I can get a FREE textpad with line numbering to replace the not so good windows xp one?

EditPlus is definitely the best imo for writing perl code (or programming languages in general)....Im going to try out TextPad over the next few days and see if I like it.

Well, I like TextPad for many reasons, but most importantly its user interface, color coding schemes (which you can customize like EditPlus)...I used to use EditPlus, but I found TextPad easier to use.
