Been looking at various email challenge/response systems, and I just found SpamCease, which is php/mysql:

Has anyone ever used it?

Any opinions?

The primary use that I have in mind would be for on a VPS to control multiple domains.

It seems there are out of business. There demo expired in January and the don't respond to emails.
