The send/receive button won't show up when a user logs in and uses outlook 2000. Pressing F-5 will work but most user's don't know that. We have tried replacing the pst file but that won't work either. We have tried adding it through the tools option and customizing the toolbar but the send receive button is not even an option! It is absolutely no where to be found. I've tried repairing outlook 2000 then reinstalling it but still no send/recieve button. Some has had to have run into this problem before and we really need some help for we are all out of answers.
