every time i want to send/receive mail from the outlook program i have to enter my password. (the first time after starting the problem).

i have tried to safe the password by clicking the "remember password" button, but it never works.

is this an outlook problem or rather some problem with windows?

That typically occurs if your password entered and saved/remembered is incorrect, or if you have timeout issues with accessing your email server.

Any error messages pop up?
