Hello All, A friend who has Quickbooks 2003 Accounting software called me

and wanted to know how to send Invoices by email as html vs the default pdf attachments.

I do not use Quickbooks 2003.

It seems the default is if you have an invoice on the screen and click the Email button

it sends the Invoice as an attachment in pdf format.

He has had many people phone who do not have Acrobat reader installed

and they cannot see the Invoice due to no reader or an older reader.

I did many google search's and Quickbooks 2001 appears to put the invoice in the body of an email.

I have not found out how or where to tell version 2003 to do this vs pdf .

Is this possible ? Or is this a Version 2003 enhancement ?
